  • Whisk 3 Wegmans Organic Large Brown Eggs until foamy.
  • Season 1 pkg (about 1 1/4 lbs) Wegmans Organic Thin Sliced Chicken Breast Cutlets with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Dredge the chicken cutlets in 1/2 cup Wegmans Organic All Purpose Flour, shaking off any excess.
  • Heat 1/4 cup Wegmans Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan.
  • Cook the chicken cutlets in the heated oil until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Warm 2 containers (4 oz each) of Wegmans Lemon Butter Sauce from the Seafood Department.
  • Garnish with chopped Wegmans Organic Italian Parsley.
  • Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)

  1. Prepare two shallow bowls – one with flour and the other with beaten eggs.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken cutlet with flour, then dip it into the beaten egg to coat it evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add two cutlets to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Flip the cutlets over and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (check with a thermometer inserted halfway into the thickest part of the chicken).
  7. Place the cooked cutlets on paper towels to drain excess oil, then transfer them to a serving platter. Repeat the process with the remaining cutlets.
  8. Serve the chicken with warmed sauce and garnish with parsley.
